-Review these to get the most out of your sessions-
1. Please dress comfortably. Refrain from wearing perfumes or colognes and remove all metal. Pacemakers and implanted metal are permissible.
2. Use the time here to relax and heal. The unit is large and roomy. We suggest you lie quietly and really relax. Sleeping is fine. Eyes can be open or closed. Give yourself the gift of health it is the most important thing you have. We hope it is a priority in your life. Good health allows your joy, love, productivity, and creativity to flourish.
3. Should you plan more than one visit? Most people do at least three sessions and return whenever they need another rebalance and recharging.
Many people find that nine to twelve sessions are most effective for maximum results. This is done in 3 sessions over 3 days in a row every 21 days or one day weekly for 3 months. More than that is not allowed. Because of the cell detoxification and rebalancing, time is needed between session rounds (3 days) for best results.
4. Commit to drinking a minimum of 70-90 oz of water per day (half your body weight in ounces.) This is very important! There is some cell detoxification from the sessions, so drink water to flush them out.
5. Eat a good healthy diet. Avoid heavy and junk foods.
Eliminate or reduce caffeine, coffee, tea, nicotine, alcohol, and drugs
except for prescriptions of course.
6. Take it easy and heal. Extra rest and relaxation time is recommended.
7. Please reschedule any energy work until at least 5 days after your session.
